With the Evidensia app, you can conveniently schedule veterinary appointments at our practices and video consultations with our veterinarians through your mobile phone or tablet. You have the flexibility to select appointment times and types that best suit you and your pet. Your previous visit information and your pet's details are readily available once you log in. Adding your pets to the app is a simple process, and access to our services is secured through your Swedish Bank-ID.

WE HAVE YOUR PET'S JOURNAL

Irrespective of the clinic or service availed, you can access all details such as home advice, prescribed medication, and other recommendations provided by your veterinarian. Each veterinarian has access to your pet's medical records and past visit history if you have been to any of our clinics or had a video consultation before.

BOOK A VIDEO CONSULTATION WITH A VETERINARIAN - OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK

When booking a video consultation, you can receive general advice, health problem diagnosis for your pet, and basic medication recommendations. In urgent cases, our online veterinarians evaluate the urgency, direct you to an appropriate practice/specialist, and provide guidance on home treatment until the practice appointment.

If visiting an Evidensia practice is recommended by your veterinarian for your pet's issue, you are eligible for a refund for the video call. Kindly refer to the app for detailed terms.

BOOK APPOINTMENTS AT OVER 70 EVIDENSIA PRACTICES

You can effortlessly schedule appointments at any of our practices via the app without the need for phone calls, selecting a convenient time slot. Cancellations or alterations to bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the appointment. For locating nearby practices based on geographic proximity, location sharing consent is required. The service can be enabled or disabled after logging in based on user preference.
